- Shape key results worth measuring
- Give it an objective and it suggests key results worth measuring. Take one, edit it or leave it: nothing is saved until you do.
- Get answers grounded in your records
- Ask about the objectives, key results and check-ins you can see. Each answer comes with the records it is based on, which you can open.
- Review the proposal. Make the decision.
- Ask Okra can propose a change, such as a check-in or a new key result. You see the proposal, then confirm, edit or reject it. A confirmed change is recorded with the person who confirmed it.
- Leaders can ask what is behind
- People with an executive role can ask whose key results are behind. The answer is a list in no particular order, never a ranking.
What it is built to refuse
Okra scores goals, never people. The assistant is built to refuse to:
- rate or rank people;
- compare colleagues with each other;
- write performance-review content.
Your organisation decides
- Switch it off
- The AI can be switched off for the whole organisation, or for some roles only. Everything else in Okra keeps working.
- A fair-use budget
- AI use is included up to a fair-use budget. Heavier use is visible to your administrator before any charge.
- Only what the asker can see
- The AI reads only the records the person asking may read, with their permissions.
