Your path from first e-mail to first quarter

  1. You write to us

    Tell us roughly how many people would use Okra, whether you already run OKRs, and when you would like your first quarter to start. Ask anything this site does not answer.

  2. We answer, and send a quote

    Your quote depends mainly on your number of employees, the AI use you need and hosting.

  3. We set Okra up with you

    Microsoft sign-in and your directory of people, managers and departments are switched on for your organisation during onboarding, and your settings are agreed with you: time zone, working days, quiet hours, how you plan and who approves what.

  4. Your objectives come across

    Send us your current objectives from a spreadsheet, a slide deck or another OKR tool. We set them up in Okra with you, at no charge.

  5. Your first quarter

    The first time each person signs in, a short Getting started list shows them around. Leaders set the company objectives, teams link theirs, and the weekly check-ins begin.
