Work with the Microsoft 365 you already use
Use your existing Microsoft work accounts and directory. Your people, managers and departments come from Microsoft, with sign-in and directory access enabled for your organisation during onboarding.
How Okra fits into your environment
- Sign in with Microsoft
- Everyone signs in with their Microsoft work account. An administrator can make Microsoft the only way in, keeping one emergency administrator account; every use of it is recorded, and the other administrators are told.
- Your directory, kept in step
- People and their managers come from your Microsoft directory, and departments from your directory groups or the department field. Nobody has to be added by hand.
- Heads and roles from your directory
- Department heads follow who reports to whom. If you choose, job titles can also give the executive and auditor roles.
- A Microsoft Teams app
- A Microsoft Teams app has been built, and is switched on for your organisation during onboarding. In Teams, people can check in, approve objectives, confirm what Ask Okra proposes, and keep a team's objectives in a tab.
- Complete in the browser
- Everything Okra does works in the browser, on a computer or a phone, in English and French, with nothing to install.
What your Microsoft administrator does
During onboarding, an administrator on your side approves Okra's Microsoft sign-in and its reading of your directory. We do the rest with you.
